This project is a fully custom-built AI-powered voice form assistant developed as part of my learning in artificial intelligence. It was designed from the ground up to make digital form filling accessible, fast, and intelligent.
The tool uses voice input and AI to automatically extract information like names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses from natural speech. It is built to assist users who may find typing difficult — especially elderly individuals or those with disabilities — while also being scalable for use in large organizations, schools, and enterprises to improve data collection workflows.
The assistant blends real-time transcription with smart field detection, providing a seamless human-like interaction. Future updates will include support for multiple languages, smarter voice understanding, and expanded input handling for more complex forms.
Notice: I initially used OpenAI’s Whisper, but due to limitations in the free hosting tier, it kept crashing. I’ve since switched to Faster-Whisper for better performance and stability, though this comes with a slight trade-off in transcription accuracy. So please consider it.(use source-code to improve it).
